We would like to invite you to the Autumn Meeting of the Scottish Surgical Paediatric Society in Edinburgh on Friday 10th-Saturday 11th November 2017. We hope that this will be the last SSPS in Sick Kids before we move to our shiny new hospital in 2018. Please come and join us to celebrate the past, present and future of Sick Kids and paediatric surgery in Scotland!
Venue
The venue for both days of the meeting is within the Royal Hospital for Sick Children (RHSC), Road, Edinburgh, EH9 1LF. Come in through the main entrance of the hospital and the lecture theatre is straight ahead.

Attendance
Please use the SSPS website application page to register your intention to attend the meeting and indicate if you wish to attend the group dinner on Friday night. If you have an abstract to submit please do so at the same time.
Costs
We aim to ensure that the meeting is free to those trainees presenting and to those who are members of SSPS.
Parking
We strongly advise you not to bring your car as public parking around the hospital is limited or for permit holders only. Disabled parking available outside the main entrance of the hospital

Costs for dinner £40 for 3 courses with wine and coffee. Menu choices will be available during the Friday meeting.
Please give payment cash/cheque (payable to SSPS) to Lisa during the meeting.
The SSPS will buy dinner for those trainees who are presenting at the meeting so that should be incentive enough!

The areas of Bruntsfield, Morningside, Grassmarket, Royal Mile and the City Centre are all within walking distance(10-15 mins) of the hospital.
